I’m excited to announce that next month, Mike Chambers and I will be setting out across Europe for the 2007 European User Group Tour. This is not at all related to the On AIR tour that we did over the summer across the US. We will be visiting 9 European countries in a 2 week timespan so it will be pretty intense. We are each going to taking a single backpack and will be taking trains on some legs.
Now to the important stuff. In each city Mike and I will be giving presentations on Flash, Flex, and AIR to the local Adobe user groups. So if your country is on the list, or even if it’s not, make sure to come and meet with us. I think it will be awesome to visit with the European Flash community as they have been producing some of the most cutting edge Flash work that I have ever seen.

About the UK, Mike and I will be at Flash on the Beach so I guess that is going to substitute for a user group meeting. Trust me, I wish we had the time to stay in the UK longer.

Its cool that you guys are at fotb, but like Max in barcelona this will only be accessible to paying attendees. Your missing a trick not doing a free london event.

I am tottaly with TINK on this one. Last year and half leaving in London I was really lucky to be in the LondonFlashPlatformUserGroup, and I dont see why arent you stopping there. Ask what Mike Downey says about this, because I think he really enjoyed when he was there.
Another point is: When will Portugal be found by Adobe? Is there any hope for me or should I fly every month to London to have some Adobe related content meeting?
Sorry to be harsh, but Europe is big, and we can divide the events and not keeping always the same cities.
