Below is my conference report from the European User Group Tour that I recently did with Mike Chambers. I didn’t shoot as much footage as I would have liked but it turned out pretty good. There is a section where I talk about a project that Mike and I worked on that allows you to launch native applications from within AIR. I will link to this once Mike gets a chance to post it. Beats by Trioptic of Sound Scientists. Enjoy!

What ever people say about Adobe and about Flash, Flex and AIR, from my point of view (and i thought about it very well!) it is one of the best companys and platforms!
Tell me, which company has evangelists?
Adobe + the community = something great!
greetings²,
Johannes
PS: Keep coding and and shooting this great community stuff!

PPS: I am really a bit sad, cause I wasn’t able to come to the Update

Hi Lee,
Greetings from icy England!
I’m from the Lake District and the ice on the ponds is getting thicker and thicker. . . .
We teachers have just completed a project with kids aged 5 to 10 in schools worldwide using Flash 4 which they can handle easily. see http://www.tygh.co.uk/greetings
Did you know that Adobe are on the point of re-releasing Flash 4 for school use – we’ve been using it since it came out – it’s great for developing creativity as you will know!
Geoff
Hi Lee,
