Today Adobe released a public bug tracking system for Flash player. Now you can directly log bugs that will be seen by the engineering and product teams directly. You can also vote on bugs so that the team knows which bugs the community is most concerned about.
Remember, you can only complain about the player now if you have taken the time to file a bug about your issue. Otherwise the team may not know about it.

Whenwatching live web cams I close the window but the sound continues untill I close the parent site as well as all windows spawned from it.
